Kiwi is a very delicious and healthy fruit. In fact kiwis contain more Vitamin C than oranges and more fibre than an apple. They even contain as much potassium as bananas, which can be used for blood and heart related diseases. So if you think about it, Kiwis can provide you the benefit of three fruits. Thus, keep this fruit in your regular diet as much as possible. Kiwis are great for people suffering from poor digestion such as constipation. They are a natural laxative due to their unique mucilage. Therefore, people with lose motions should avoid the consumption of Kiwis.
