Figs are a natural laxative and thus beneficial for those who suffer from constipation. People suffering from constipation can consume 2-3 figs everyday in the morning. Naturally, people who suffer from lose motions should avoid figs. Else this fruit will only add problems to your upset stomach. Fig juice is very popular in the treatment of soothing the irritated bronchial passages. It is very helpful in the treatment of anemia and also increases the hemoglobin level in our blood system. Figs are rich in calcium and thus help in strengthening our teeth and bones.
