Oranges are arguably one of the most favorite fruits in the world. This citrus fruit is abundant in Vitamin C and is extremely beneficial to fighting common cold. Many people do not know this but oranges are also a good source of calcium, which is associated in the maintenance and protection of the bones in our body. They also provide a good source of Vitamin B6 which increases the production of hemoglobin in our body. Oranges are beneficial for various diseases like asthma, bronchitis, indigestion, measles, pimples and acne even for various respiratory problems. Orange juice can be consumed by people who are suffering from various types of fever.
