Chiku is a sweet and refreshing tropical fruit. Anyone suffering from intestine problems can consume this fruit. Most doctors recommend on consuming this fruit after a meal. Chiku has a very high content of sugar and thus provides ample of energy to your body. Though, caution needs to be maintained in eating this fruit. People suffering from diabetes should avoid this fruit. People who exercise should also avoid this fruit during workouts. Even though this fruit provides ample of energy, it is very heavy to digest and must be avoided during exercise.
